WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

We wish to keep our promise about best service and how you love our devices, in case if you have any issue and not satisfied with our products, we would love to know about it:

We accept all return with following issue:

• Change of mind:

If your mind changed in anytime of first 30days after received the devices, we are happy to accept your return. Please note:

  • 1. The postage cost will be changed by buyer in this case.
  • 2. The process of refund or credit will be done within 3-5 business days from the date we received the return products. Recommend to use service with tracking and insurance for the delivery to keep track.
  • 3. All the devices return need to be cleared/wiped back to factory reset without remaining any iCloud/Google accounts.
  • 4. IMEI on devices must be matching with the IMEI on sales.
  • 5. All accessories and devices must be in same conditions at the sales time. Additional fee will be applied of any missing or change of condition on devices.

• Products are not same as descriptions:

If you received the devices not as description for any reason of: wrong devices sent, different color as agreement, different storage of memory, different grade as agreement, we would love to have the devices back and offer the replacement or refund. Please note:

  • 1. The postage cost will be charged by seller. In this case, we will provide you the return label when you apply for the return.
  • 2. The process of refund or credit will be done within 3-5 business days from the date we received the return products. Recommend to use service with tracking and insurance for the delivery to keep track.

For any devices you received are faulty, please apply for the warranty claim and we will generate you the return label. Please note:

  • 5. The devices will be rejected as faulty items if they have any physical damaged or liquid damaged, software have been tampered with, unauthorized repair by third party, used in the abnormal way etc….
